Lord Venkateswara Balaji

Shri Balaji, also known as Shri Venkateswara or Srinivasa, is a revered deity in India, worshipped at the iconic Venkateswara Temple in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh. He’s hailed as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the cosmic preserver, celebrated for his immense popularity, temple grandeur, benevolence, and role in upholding righteousness.

His divine presence, considered “Swayambhu” or self-manifested, holds great spiritual significance, with devotees seeking his blessings for prosperity, peace, and desire fulfillment.

The Venkateswara Temple is among the world’s wealthiest and most visited, welcoming millions of pilgrims annually, with thousands visiting daily. The temple’s daily preparation of 3 lakh laddus and its record-breaking donations, like the highest single-day contribution of Rs 84 crore, reflect its magnificence.

The famous legend of Srinivasa borrowing from devotee Lord Kubera for his wedding to Goddess Padmavati showcases his humility, with devotees making offerings to repay this debt.

This grand project, “Mahanatya,” aims to reveal the depth of Shri Balaji’s story spanning various ages, Tirumala Hills’ history, and other associated legends.

Now with the blessings of spiritual mentors, he and his wife have been entrusted with leading roles once again. Piyush's unwavering commitment, coupled with the dedication of the entire team, promises to make our upcoming play on Shri Balaji a resounding success.

With a remarkable decade-long career in the IT industry, she currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at Barclays, specializing in Risk and Controls. Beyond her corporate endeavours, Pragati's passion for the arts shines through her husband’s and her active involvement in the temple's Cultural Committee. In their first drama they have portrayed Lord Rama and Mother Sita. Now, blessed by the Lord and guided by Guru Maharaj, Pragati and her husband have once again been entrusted with leading roles.

As the Founder-Director of Tanz Kathak Academy in Pune, Tejaswini has not only mastered the art of Kathak herself but has also shaped the talents of over a hundreds of students. For the past 15 years, her academy has been a beacon of Kathak excellence, producing ten Kathak masters. She had the immense honour of choreographing the Kathak segment of the Republic Day Parade in 2022 where her students performed in front of the Honourable President Smt. Droupadi Murmuji and Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modiji. Her choreography is a celebration of rhythm, emotion, and tradition, and her artistic influence promises to enchant and captivate our audience at the upcoming drama event.

Sandeep's journey in the realm of design is diverse, starting from a commendable stint in Advertising and Print Media from 1999 to 2007. Since 2007, Sandeep has been making his mark in the Events, Decoration, and Set Design field. His artistic touch has graced notable organizations like Manikchand Dhariwala Group, Kabir Bag Sansta, Upside Learning Solution P.V.T. Ltd., and Maharaj Gruha Nirmain Sansta, Pune (MHDA). Sandeep has left his creative imprint on various festivals and has been an integral part of Pune's topmost Ganpati Mandal decorations. With an extensive portfolio spanning diverse events and festivals, Sandeep Anant Gaikwad brings a wealth of experience and artistic finesse to our stage design and decoration, promising a visual spectacle that captivates and resonates with the audience.
